This division of the organization provides low cost web services to the minority community so they can have a definitive presence in the global economy in the 21st century. It works on the principal of Each One Teach One (self-help). We provide the tools and educational opportunities for each organization to learn web maintenance and design to support its own company's goals.

The product provided through this division are custom web pages, designed to the clients specifications, complete site hosting, initial maintenance of the site, and site maintenance training.
